Who we are

  • Mike trained at the University of Kent in Canterbury with honors in Directing, and went on to study Stage Design at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He spent twenty five years as a Creative Director, Production Manager and Lighting Designer in London’s theatre and event industries. Highlights include HRH Prince Charles’s 50th Birthday at Buckingham Palace, the Gala Opening of the Tate Modern, as well as lighting and producing shows featuring artists such as Elton John, Placido Domingo, One Direction, Adele and many more. He has toured Shakespeare through hundreds of theaters all over the UK, US and Europe, worked in every palace in London, and did indeed once meet the Queen. As a Creative Director, Mike has directed at the Edinburgh Festival on eight occasions, the most notable success being Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens, which went on to run three times in the West End and is now performed all over the world. Mike moved to Vermont with his family in 2014 and has directed Mamma Mia! and Miracle on Green Tree Drive for Lyric Theatre, Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens at ArtsRiot, and The Comedy of Errors and Hawkes and Handsaws for Vermont Repertory Theatre. He will be directing Spamalot later in the spring.

  • Chloe trained at the London School of Musical Theatre and the University of Warwick. She performed professionally in a wide variety of roles across the UK and Europe before starting a new life in Vermont. Personal highlights include creating the role of Jubilee Climax in the original production of Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens, lead vocalist in the European Tour of Fire of Dance, and being in the ensemble of the English National Opera’s Nabucco at London Coliseum. Since moving to VT, Chloe has continued to perform for Lyric Theatre, Vermont Stage and other local companies, as well as developing a recent enthusiasm for theatrical marketing, having overseen sold out productions of Saucy Jack, Comedy of Errors and The Tempest in quick succession.

  • Kylie is a communications and marketing strategist living in Williston, Vermont. With a background in digital marketing, web design, and automation, she leverages art and technology to grow the Vermont Repertory brand and extend the performing arts community to a broad audience. For the past 15 years, she has worked on and off stage with various theatre groups across Vermont as both a performer and promoter. In addition to being one of the founding members of Vermont Repertory Theatre with a seat on the Board of Directors, Kylie is also a board member with Lyric Theatre Company and Bella Voce Women's Choir.

  • Connor Kendall is a Vermont native who currently lives in Hinesburg.  As one of the founders of Vermont Rep, he has been an actor and a director, as well as working front of house and fundraising. Connor studied Acting at Coastal Carolina Unviversity in Conway, SC where he obtained his BFA. He spent time in the New York and Chicago theatre scenes before moving back home. Since moving back to Vermont in 2020, he has performed with several other local theatre groups including Vermont Stage, Lyric Theatre and Middlebury Community Players. He hopes Vermont Rep's shows can continue to serve as a high-quality entryway to the world of classical theatre and beyond!

  • Lyn is presently the VP of product design and development at Darn Tough Vermont.  While working on her design degree at Cornell University Lyn did costume design for the Savoyards at Cornell (Gilbert and Sullivan).  Back in Vermont, Lyn created costumes for several high schools, Stowe Theatre Guild along with more than 20 Lyric Theatre shows over the past 35 years. Designing for Vermont Rep is an opportunity to utilize her past costume experience as the base for unencumbered creativity, as demonstrated in her recent designs for The Tempest, Comedy of Errors and Spamalot.
